windows server 2012 application control policy
启用Application Control policy 组策略设置，可以实现基于用户或组的应用程序权限控制，有两点需要注意：
1、策略的顺序是从上到下执行的，allow的策略需要放在上面。
2、在客户端上，或者在远程桌面的服务器上需要启用application iditienty服务。
